Self-drilling hex head screws are the ideal hardware to attach your signs to metal structures where they will remain long term.
Hex head screws cut their own hole so there is no need for a drill bit. Once through, they also cut their own thread which secures them in place and can be tightened.
Once the screw is in place, it will have replaced the metal it removed, minimizing any effect on the structure.
