Delivery times are combined with lead times which are specific to the product purchased. Lead time plus UPS or FedEx business day transit forecast should give an expected delivery window. Where products are available from stock, orders must be placed by 12:00 to be received the next day.

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your goods, we request that the returns process is started within 14 days of receipt of goods. Please read the following:
If a refund is required, we request that the items are returned to us in new, unused and salable condition. Once the items have arrived with us, they will be inspected to ensure they are in the condition required. Refunds will be processed if the goods are deemed acceptable.
