Shipping & Returns
Delivery times are combined with lead times which are specific to the product purchased. Lead time plus UPS or FedEx business day transit forecast should give an expected delivery window. Where products are available from stock, orders must be placed by 12:00 to be received the next day.

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your goods, we will offer you a replacement or refund, on stock items. If a refund is required, we request that you return unsuitable goods to us in new, unused condition within 7 working days of receipt. Once the items have arrived with us, they will be inspected to ensure they are in the condition required. Refunds will be processed if the goods are deemed acceptable.
Stock being returned is subject to a re-stocking charge, set at 25% of the item value.
Made-to-order items are non-returnable unless deemed faulty by the customer and ASG Services LLC. Our returns policy complies with the Consumer Protection (distance selling) regulations.
